POLICIES
The policies shown below are our Terms of Service. We ask that you please read these policies prior to placing an order. By ordering, purchasing or other from us you expressly agree to the Conditions, Policies, Sales Terms and Other Agreements as set forth on this page and other pages.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are processed in real-time so there are no cancellations. Please order carefully.
CHANGES
All orders are processed in real-time and we cannot make changes to orders. Please order carefully.
INVENTORY
Though we try to be as accurate as possible, sometimes your items will be backordered or discontinued. In this event, you will be contacted and asked to accept a similar item. We cannot guarantee that there will be similar items available, but we will work to find something else that you can enjoy.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
1. Items may be returned or exchanged with the original Packing Slip or Receipt, excluding shipping costs, but must be postmarked no later than 7 days after you receive the shipment. Since we track all of our shipments, we adhere strictly to this policy due to the nature of our business.
2. There is a 10% restocking fee for all items returned. All Items must be returned with original tags attached, unused and in their original packaging and condition.
3. You must email us at theivorysuite@gmail.com for a return/exchange authorization number and the reason for your return/exchange. We unfortunately cannot assist you with this over the phone. Packages without a vaild return/exchange authorization number, or postmarked later than 7 days after receipt will be refused.
All sale items and/or items ordered from our Sale section are not returnable or exchangable. Special and custom order items (including dyed shoes) are not returnable or exchangable.
For your security, please return your items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Mail) with insurance and a Tracking Number, and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
The size charts shown are provided only as a guide by the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate sizing. We recommend that you compare your body measurements to the size guides on each garment page prior to placing an order. Dye lots do vary and we cannot guarantee an exact color match.

SHIPPING
We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS Mail. We do not ship outside of the United States.
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your order placed with standard shipping unless otherwise stated. If you decide that you need some of your items sooner, please upgrade to rush shipping. Please be aware that most shipping companies do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Some orders that are shipped from the manufacturers across the country may require longer for the item to ship. We may also ship the orders with multiple items from different locations, so it is possible you get the items on different days and in more than 1 package.
Standard Shipping – Scheduled delivery of your order will be up to 5-7 business days from the time your shipment leaves our facility.
Express Shipping - Scheduled delivery of your order will be 1-2 business days from the time your shipment leaves our facility. PLEASE NOTE: Choosing Express Shipping does not decrease the time the item(s) are available to ship, or the time to process your order.

We are not responsible for special shipping requests (ie. Leave at front door, etc.) You must be available on the date that the package is delivered to sign for it, or to accept the package.
If you refuse your package or fail to pick it up from the Postal Service or UPS, you are responsible for the shipping to re-send it to you and agree that this amount will be charged to your credit card. If you move and don't inform us, you agree that you will be charged all fees that UPS charges us to do address corrections. You agree not to try to intercept a shipment and have the shipping address diverted for any reason, or you will be responsible for the redirection fee plus any and all surcharges.
If you receive a damaged item due to the shipping carrier, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of the shipment. Please save the box and we will file a claim with the carrier. Please note that a claim can only be filed if you have the original packaging. We do not issue refunds for damaged shipments unless we cannot replace the item. We cannot issue an exchange if you do not contact us within 2 days of receipt of shipment. If you discard or do not have the complete original packaging, we cannot file a claim, and cannot issue an exchange.
Shipping is never refundable. Your order will be shipped in accordance to the method you choose while placing your order. You may be contacted to upgrade the shipping method in order to deliver your items in time for your event date if you have chosen a slower method. Any shipping upgrade or rush fees will be charged to your credit card we have on file.
SALES TAX
As required by California State Law, sales tax of 9.75% must be charged on all orders shipped within California state. Orders shipped to addresses outside of California state will not be charged any sales tax.
PRIVACY POLICY
The ordering system of this website is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Yahoo!
